Anything that hangs on a wall needs a fixing matched to the wall behind it. Plasterboard, brick, concrete and tile each take different anchors, and the wrong one either fails immediately or fails a year later.
Your provider checks the wall, locates studs, avoids pipes and cables, then mounts at the height and position you want. Grouping several items into one visit is usually the efficient way to book.
Good to know — Have the items and any supplied brackets ready, and know roughly where each one goes. Marking positions with masking tape before your provider arrives saves time.
